Shipping


Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, orders may be delayed. Please see our update page for further information.

At this time, orders (excluding pre-orders) are generally shipped within three days to four weeks. It is advisable to select a tracked shipment if you wish to follow the progress of your parcel through the postal system, as due to their backlog we cannot currently guarantee specific delivery times.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday during normal business hours.

We ship worldwide to any region that accepts international orders. Unfortunately, some countries are currently not allowing international mail on account of the Pandemic. If we cannot ship your order, you will receive a full refund.

Please note that pre-order items will be sent after they have been printed and are in stock.


Return Policy


Customers within the U.S. and Canada may return the following items to SunriseMarian.com, for any reason, for a full refund or credit on your account (if the return is a result of our error we'll also refund the return shipping cost) within 30 days of delivery of your shipment (including gifts):

• Any book, textbook, workbook or study in its original condition
• Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) CD, DVD, Blu-ray or other electronic products
• Unused devotional materials, gifts and accessories

We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased through Sunrise Marian.

Please contact us to confirm the return of your purchase.

TERMS:

• The items must be in new and unused and resalable condition, and in the original packaging.
• The items should be returned using a trackable shipping method.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened electronic products, or items returned more than 30 days past delivery.


Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items


If you received a defective item that was sold by Sunrise Marian and need to replace it with the same product, please contact us to request a replacement, and submit a photo of your order. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for available stock in-store, or on our website, of equal or lesser value.

Issues with orders from countries other than the U.S. and Canada will be resolved on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for further information.
