Adding to an Existing Order

We cannot add to orders that have already begun the shipping process.

However, if your order is still "Pending" and you want to add to it, please place a separate order online and write in the comment box, "Include with my previous Order #___".

If we are able to include it, we will refund the shipping charge of your second order minus a $3 handling fee.

Please note that we can only add once to an existing order. Future orders must be sent separately with the applicable shipping charge as indicated on your order.

Order Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your entire online order before it is prepared for shipment, you will be subject to a 6% fee to cover our cost of processing and refunding. This will be deducted from the amount that you purchased.

NOTE: We cannot cancel orders that have already been packaged and are ready for shipment.


Due to supply chain disruptions, orders may be delayed.

At this time, In-Stock orders (excluding Pre-Orders or temporarily out of stock items) are generally shipped within a period of two to five business days.

Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding holidays; orders are processed during normal business hours.

Temporarily out-of-stock items are typically shipped within a period of 10 days to 4 weeks, and special order items are usually shipped within a period of up to four-six weeks or longer, depending on availability.

Please note that Pre-Order products (new release or new reprint) will be sent after they have been printed and have arrived in stock. We may not always have an expected delivery time available for new release or new reprint Pre-Orders, as it will depend on the publisher's release dates.

Occasionally there are postal service backlogs, and as a result we cannot currently guarantee specific delivery times. Using your tracking number, you can follow the progress on route to your shipping destination.

We ship worldwide to any region that accepts international orders. Unfortunately, some countries are currently not allowing international mail. If we cannot ship your order, you will receive a full refund.

DISCLAIMER FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: The Recipient is responsible for payment of all customs duty/taxes to the postal service upon receiving their order in their country of destination.

NOTE for Canadian and American customers: If your address is accidentally entered with a slight typo at checkout, or if it is not found through the internal mailing system, instead of being able to choose a shipping price amongst different options (Ground, Tracked, Xpresspost, etc.) you may see only an "Estimated Shipping Rate" which is often higher than the normal costs. When this happens, if there is an overcharge you will be refunded the difference for the Ground Shipping rate, and notified through email.

Return Policy

Customers within the U.S. and Canada may return the following items to Sunrise Marian, for any reason, within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee, or a full credit on your account:

• Any book, textbook, workbook or study in its original condition
• Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) CD, DVD, Blu-ray or other electronic products
• Unused devotional materials, gifts, jewelry, houseware and accessories
• Unused clothing in its original condition with all tags attached

We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased through Sunrise Marian.

Please contact us to confirm the return of your purchase.


• The items must be in new and unused and resalable condition, and in the original packaging.
• The items should be returned using a trackable shipping method.
• We are not able to refund the cost of shipping to or from your receiving address.

Please note that we cannot accept the return of any used items, including clothing, jewelry, accessories, or houseware, opened electronic products, or items returned more than 30 days past delivery.

Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a defective item that was sold by Sunrise Marian and need to replace it with the same product, please contact us to request a replacement, and submit a photo of your order. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for available stock in-store, or on our website, of equal or lesser value.

Issues with orders from countries other than the U.S. and Canada will be resolved on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for further information.
