Existing Orders
Once you have completed the checkout process on our website, which will generate an automatic email with your order details, this will be accepted by us as the order that you have placed.
We cannot make adjustments to online orders that we receive, including changing the pricing, discounts, coupons or shipping costs.
However, if your order has not been shipped and is still "Pending," and you need to make an urgent change, please call us by phone during regular working hours.
Please note that past orders cannot be combined with new online orders.
Order Cancellations
If you decide to cancel all or part of your online order before it is prepared for shipment, you will be subject to a 6% fee to cover our cost of processing and refunding. This will be deducted from the amount that you purchased.
This applies regardless of how quickly a cancellation is requested, including immediately after an order is placed.
We cannot guarantee order cancellations, as fully in-stock orders are typically processed and shipped quickly. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
All time-dated or seasonal products are final sale and cannot be refunded or cancelled.
Shipping
Business days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding holidays; orders are processed during normal business hours.
• IN STOCK: Fully in stock orders are generally shipped within a period of 1-3 business days.
Note: If you are unsure if the items or quantity that you are looking for are "in stock" and need them quickly, please contact us before placing your order.
• CURRENTLY OUT OF STOCK: Temporarily out of stock products are typically received and shipped within a period of two to three weeks.
Note: Certain products may take up to four - five weeks to ship. Please order in advance for any special occasion, event or study group.
• PRE-ORDERS: Items designated as Pre-Order (new releases or reprints) will be shipped once printed and received into stock. Estimated delivery times may not always be available, as they are dependent on the publisher’s release schedule.
Occasionally, postal services or couriers may experience delays or backlogs, and as a result we cannot guarantee specific delivery times, except when UPS Express Saver or UPS Express is selected (a street address is required). Once en route, you can monitor the shipment's progress with your tracking number.
All time-dated or seasonal products are final sale.
Refunds will not be issued for any items due to delivery timing, including where items do not arrive in time for any specific occasion, holiday, or event.

Note: If your address contains a typo at checkout or cannot be validated by the carrier system, you will be returned to the Shipping/Billing Address page with an error message instead of being able to select a shipping option. Please check your address for errors - especially your postal or ZIP code - and try again. If you continue to experience issues, please use the Get Help button to contact us.
Important Information for Residents in EU Member Countries
Due to the new GPSR regulations that apply to all 27 European Union member countries (and the three EEA countries, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein), we have now ceased receiving any new orders for recipients in these 30 countries.
If you intended on shipping an order to these areas, you will receive an error message while going through the checkout and will not be able to finalize your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Individuals in these EU/EEA countries may place orders using an alternative shipping address or a secondary residence, including when sending gifts to friends or family members.
Orders shipped to addresses within Canada are not subject to customs duties.
Orders shipped to any other country may incur import charges, which must be paid by the recipient before or upon delivery. Please refer to our international shipping policy below for further details.
Residents of the United Kingdom and Switzerland can continue to place orders as usual with no service disruptions.
Important Information for International Orders & Orders from the United States
Aside from the above guidelines concerning EU and EEA countries, we ship to many countries (outside of Canada).
At this time, Sunrise Marian is not able to ship by USPS to the United States, and only by courier. Please use a street address when placing an order, and not a P.O. box.
Sunrise Marian charges only the outgoing shipping rate as indicated by the postal service or courier. We do not bill the purchaser for any taxes, tariffs, customs duties, entry fees, or other applicable import charges imposed by the destination country.
Sunrise Marian is not responsible for, and cannot predict, any import costs, customs fees, taxes, duties, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be incurred prior to or upon delivery. These fees, if applicable, are determined by the carrier and customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to provide receipts for such charges for tax purposes.
The Ship-To Recipient is required to ensure timely payment of any applicable import charges directly to the postal service or courier upon notification that the shipment is available for pick-up or delivery in the destination country.
Please arrange pick-up or delivery and complete any required payments with the postal service or courier upon receiving notification from the carrier that action is required for your shipment, to avoid missing the stated deadline.
If the pick-up window is missed, or if any parcel is refused upon delivery for any reason (including refusal to pay applicable charges), the shipment will be deemed abandoned due to non-acceptance. Any such unclaimed parcels will be handled by the carrier in accordance with its policies, which may include disposal or destruction.
All abandoned shipments are strictly non-refundable, and no compensation or reimbursements will be issued.
Once your order leaves our location and is in carrier custody, we cannot guarantee the delivery date to your destination.

Return Policy
Customers within Canada may return the following items to Sunrise Marian, for any reason, within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, for a refund minus a 15% restocking fee, or a full credit on your account:
• Books, bibles, certain textbooks, workbooks or studies in their original condition (homeschool materials are special order and are excluded from returns. However, some exceptions may be granted. Contact us for more info).
• If a book, bible, textbook, workbook or study has a plastic wrap, seal, or sticker, this must not be removed and it must be unopened.
• Unused/unopened devotional materials, houseware, and gifts (except the exclusions as noted below under Terms).
• Toys (except exclusions as noted below) must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and in the original factory packaging with no seals, tags or stickers broken or removed.
We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased through Sunrise Marian.

• Qualifying eligible items being returned must be in new and unused and resalable condition, and in the original packaging, or in the original plastic wrap or an unbroken seal/sticker/tags.
• The items should be returned using a trackable shipping method.
• We are not able to refund the cost of shipping to or from your receiving address.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of anything that is listed as Final Sale and included within the items as described under Terms above, or items that have been opened from a sealed factory package, removed from a plastic wrap or broken from a seal, sticker or tags upon reception, or items returned more than 30 days past delivery.
All books, bibles, textbooks, workbooks, studies and electronic media that we sell are copyrighted, and it is against the law to reproduce or copy them in any way, physically or digitally, whether for private or commercial use.
Lost or Missing Parcels
Please note that when UPS Standard orders are shipped, the tracking number may only say "Label Created" until the parcel moves closer to your destination. In some cases, it can take up to 10-14 days to see a new scan on the parcel. This does not mean it was lost, only that it is still moving in transit.
As a result, we are unable to report, investigate, replace or refund any UPS Standard package as "lost or missing" unless at least 14 days have passed with no update on the tracking number. On the 15th day of waiting, you may reach out to us and we will investigate and resolve the issue.
The above 14-day policy does not apply to orders shipped via Canada Post. Postal mail may sometimes have slower processing times, and in some cases, you may not see a tracking update for several weeks. If it has been a month and there is no update on your Canada Post tracking, please reach out to us and we will investigate. Once we receive a response from the carrier, we will resolve the issue.
International shipments sent via Xpresspost or Tracked Packet International may also have delays in moving through the system. In most cases, your parcel is not missing, and the status will be updated once your local post office has received it. If, however, after a period of time you have reason to believe that it may have been lost, please contact us and we will launch an investigation.
For orders shipped within Canada, UPS Express and UPS Express Saver are the quickest ways to receive your package with guaranteed delivery times once it leaves our facility.
For quick International deliveries, use UPS Worldwide Express, and UPS Worldwide Express Saver. (Please refer to the section above titled: "Important Information for International Orders & Orders from the United States".)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a product from Sunrise Marian that appears to be defective, contact us within 10 days after your order was delivered to report the issue.
• Please keep the shipping box in the same condition as it was received, and send us full photos of the outside and inside of the box, including the label with your name.
• Next, submit to us clearly visible photos, in good lighting, of all the angles of the particular item.
• If the item is a book or bound written material, please also provide us with a picture of the inner copyright page near the front of the product.
