The Leader's Kit includes the 2-DVD Set, Leader's Guide, and set of 40 prayer cards.
The Priest, Prophet, King Study Program examines the Old Testament foreshadowing of each of Jesus' three offices as priest, prophet, and king, and then explains how Jesus is the fulfilment of each in the New Testament.
The six lessons are as follows:
- Adoratio: Adam as Priest
- The High Priest
- Challenging False Worship: Elijah the Prophet
- The Word Made Flesh
- Ordering the Kingdom: King David
- King of Kings
Each leader of a small group discussion should have a copy of the Leader's Guide, and each participant should have a copy of the Study Guide.
The Facilitator's Guide, which is part of the Leader's Guide, contains a complete session plan as well as other program advice. Each DVD segment is 20 minutes long, and the discussion should be 60-70 minutes long, so each lesson can be completed in 90 minutes. Before the small group discussion, participants should read the commentary in the study guide and prepare the Questions for Understanding and Questions for Application. Because the Commentary in each lesson is so detailed, this preparation can be done either before or after they watch the DVD.
