Midwest Theological Forum's Didache Semester Series is a collection of high school textbooks, teacher's manuals, and student workbooks. Each title is for a single academic semester. These titles were created in response to the USCCB Subcommittee on the Catechism's 2007 curricular framework in order to aid in the development of religious education textbooks for Catholic high schools.

The textbook, The History of the Church: Semester Edition, corresponds to Elective B: History of the Catholic Church in the curriculum framework.

The textbook (sold separately) is an abridged form of the Didache Complete Course Series publication of the same name. The Archdiocese of Chicago has given it ecclesiastical permission, and the USCCB Subcommittee on the Catechism has given it conformity with the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
