SoulCore - Sorrowful Mysteries (Stretch) - Praying for Priests DVD

SoulCore is a sensory experience that combines prayer with movement to nourish the body, mind, and soul and encourage deeper meditation on the rosary. It’s a movement all its own, engaging the body and soul in prayer while fully orienting the heart and mind toward Christ. It is not affiliated with any other exercise disciplines, nor is it a response to any other practices. Rather, it is a “Yes” to an inspiration of the Holy Spirit.

In this SoulCore Sorrowful Mysteries stretch series, you’ll be guided through a variety of stretching exercises. The meditations in this session focus on praying for priests.

We encourage you to honor your body, modifying each exercise as needed to work at your own pace and within your own abilities.
